Bookings are open now for 2026 & 2027, with a minimum investment of £2,500 for our bespoke floral design service.

Our primary coverage area is across the South (London, Sussex & Kent) but for the right brief we love to travel across the UK & beyond!

The process:

If we’re available on your date, we’ll be in touch within 2 working days to arrange a complimentary consultation call to chat through your floral vision for your big day. After the call, we’ll provide a bespoke quote and inspiration board
To secure the date, we take a 10% deposit with the remaining balance falling due 4 weeks before the wedding
Once the deposit is paid & the contract signed, we’ll work with you to develop a fully bespoke design proposal with digital mock-ups (where applicable) of your wedding flowers; we’ll curate everything from the flower varieties to your bespoke colour palette
Around 6 weeks before the wedding, we’ll schedule in a final check-in call where we’ll confirm the finer details and any changes you might want to make
On the big day, we take care of everything - hand delivering the bouquets, installing your ceremony & reception flowers and packing down when the party is over!

To lock Flossea in as your wedding florist, we take a 10% deposit upon booking to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding.
We now have a minimum spend of £2,500 (including VAT) for our bespoke wedding florals. Why? We specialise in highly creative wedding flowers, which requires us to invest in a large variety of premium, unique florals - so setting a minimum spend enables us to achieve our unique aesthetic. To create this type of curated floristry, a huge amount of physical labour hours, skill and imagination is required and your investment also accounts for this.
When you invest in Flossea for your wedding floral design, you are investing in a full scale wedding floristry service. This is a completely bespoke service and there are no hidden costs. Your quote covers the flowers, all sundry materials, hiring vases/vessels/plinths etc, our custom floral design proposal, colour palette curation, labour hours, transport costs, set up and delivery on the day, and pack down (unless not required). There’s also the option to add on other bespoke services like transforming the flowers into gift bouquets for guests at the end of the night, or our flower bar for guests to choose hand-wrapped bouquets from.
